Welcome to Lily Clean LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our cleaning services (“Services”). By scheduling a service or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
1. Services Provided
We offer professional cleaning services, which may include residential, commercial, or specialized cleaning. The specific details of each service, including pricing, scope, and duration, will be communicated to you prior to scheduling.
2. Service Scheduling and Cancellations
- Scheduling: Services must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. You may schedule services through our website, by phone, or by email.
- Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule a service with at least [24/48] hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than [24/48] hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.
- No-Shows: If our cleaning team arrives at the scheduled time and location and cannot access the property, you will be responsible for paying a “No-Show” fee equal to [percentage]% of the total service cost.
3. Service Limitations and Exclusions
We reserve the right to refuse certain tasks or services that are beyond the scope of our regular offerings, pose safety hazards, or violate our policies. Our services do not include the handling of hazardous materials, heavy lifting, or the cleaning of certain specialty items (e.g., antiques or collectibles).
4. Payment Terms
- Pricing: Pricing is based on the scope and duration of the service. Final costs will be confirmed before the service is rendered.
- Payment Methods: We accept [credit cards, debit cards, cash, checks, or other accepted methods].
- Payment Timing: Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon. For recurring services, payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement.

You are responsible for providing a safe and accessible environment for our cleaning staff, including access to necessary utilities such as water and electricity. Please secure or remove any valuable or fragile items from areas to be cleaned. We are not responsible for loss or damage to items that are not removed or secured.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend Services at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we are unable to provide the Services due to circumstances beyond our control.
8. Changes to Terms of Service
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be resolved through mediation, arbitration, or litigation in Arizona.
